Beacon trains

In the early days of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, Liu Feng, the driver of train No. 462 of the Andong Locomotive Depot, accepted the task of transporting materials to the front line. Liu Feng was injured and fell off the train while repairing the train, and was rescued by a fellow North Korean villager. Liu Feng's lover Miao Jingchun escorted the wounded back to Andong and met the mother of Comrade Kim Wan-gil of North Korea, who was accepted as a righteous daughter. Her mother in North Korea gave her a ring as a souvenir.
