A house and a half-wife

Newton (Steve Martin) is an architect who vows to build the perfect house of his dreams, and then proposes to his ideal woman, Becky (Dana Delaney). However, the naïve and romantic Newton imagines the relationship between people too simply, and it is not surprising that he is rejected by Becky, who does not like this slightly strange-looking man at all.                                                                    Sad and disappointed, Newton arrives at the bar to get drunk and meets the waitress Gwen (Goldie Hawn), who reveals everything in a hazy way, and the two enjoy a night of spring love under the catalyst of alcohol. However, after dawn, their relationship continued, and Gwen found the house Newton had built, and moved into it in a bright light.
