When Guo Baifei, Jiang Xiwen and Liu Li first came out of school more than ten years ago, they had a deep relationship with Sheriff Luo Youbang's four apprentices. In an operation three years ago, Luo Youbang was shot dead by bandits, Liu Li was seriously injured and fell into a coma, Jiang Xiwen blamed Guo Baifei, and friends have since parted ways. ASIB is led by Guo Baifei and Jiang Xiwen to jointly dismantle these mysterious messages that seem to come from the future and solve the bizarre murder case.
